SILVERCOM provides a comprehensive communications and network power electronics service and repair capability, both on-site and in our own special workshops.
SILVERCOMs main competence is the repair of electronic units, focused to telecom equipment, power inverters, UPS, AC and DC power modules. Our Engineers have university based relevant qualifications. Our workshop and test room is comprehensively equipped with general electronic diagnostic equipment and special equipment to specific product families. We have all necessary tool to ensure that repaired or refurbished units are fully tested before being dispatched back to the customer.
Our basic principle that our customers have to pay only the repaired equipment. There is no inspection fee if repair is not possible therefore our customers are able to both forecast and manage repair costs.
Repaired products typically come with a 12 month warranty.
Our engineers undertake repairs on both current production and obsolete items.
An Engineers’ Report is available for every unit that is repaired or refurbished, which details what faults were repaired and subsequent tests that took place.
